Mindfulness Meditation helps develop the skill of paying attention to our inner and outer experiences with acceptance, patience and compassion. It promotes the development of stability, inner calmness and non-reactivity of the mind, allowing us to be more present for the joys in life and face the painful aspects of life with greater equanimity. By developing a simple and pure awareness, we learn to disentangle ourselves from our habitual thoughts, emotions and behaviors and connect with our experience, with ourselves and with others in a healthier and deeper way. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, you can develop and deepen your practice with the support of a group setting.

This class is an opportunity to deepen and reconnect with your practice and spend time with like-minded individuals who share the desire to live a more centered and mindful life. It is an opportunity to continue your mindfulness journey and build community as we come together in support of each other and ourselves, sharing moments of stillness & presence, inquiry & discussion.
The practice of mindfulness is a precious gift worthy of nurturing and care. All you need to participate is some experience with mindfulness meditation and a desire to devote time to your wellbeing.
